FREE SCREENINGS OF EL PASO GOLD DVDs

at the Poppy Film Fest on March 14, 2009


El Paso, Texas (Feb. 7, 2009) — Capstone Productions Inc. announces a day of free DVD screenings of the El Paso Gold heritage DVD series on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the Museum of Archaeology for the Franklin Mountains Poppies Celebration.


The Poppy Film Fest will be from 10am to 5pm in the Museum’s auditorium and is part of the third annual Poppies Celebration, scheduled, hopefully, to coincide with the annual blooming of the yellow and gold Mexican Poppies on Mount Franklin’s East side in the vicinity of the Museum at 4301 Trans Mountain Road.


Poppy Film Fest will feature ten years of videos that El Paso TV producer Jackson Polk has produced about the history and heritage of the El Paso area. Jackson will be there in the afternoon to talk about the videos. Seating in the Museum of Archaeology auditorium is limited, so get there early. The film schedule is:
